8454 Cub Cadet brake lever seal leak

Does anyone know what is involved to replace the o-ring seals for the brake actuator lever at the rear differential? Do you just have to pull the lever off and there they are? Or is it more difficult and perhaps have to remove the housing on the differential and access them from the inside? Any insight is appreciated BTW it is an 05 Cub Cadet 8454 shuttle shift and it is built by Daedong, not Yanmar.
