Plastic pad of the "Gas"/RPM pedal was constantly falling off. A quick fix - drilled two holes and secured it with a cable tie.

Tried my welding skills (not so good, haven't been welding for more than 45 years). But eventually it worked, i'm happy with the result. Got it right on the second try. On the first one of the cross bars got bent. Removed them and it seemed to work better.
