Are you certain you have the correct injectors as they list 4 different injectors for this tractor? The proper injectors are determined by the serial number of the tractor. It makes no mention of different "seals" for the various injectors

Those adjusting bolts you refer to are threaded through the pressure plate "fingers". You can see the fingers with the adjusting bolts in the graphic just below the one you've outlined. These bolts adjust the clearance between the throwout bearing and the release fingers of the pressure plate

I've used Rotella synthetic since new; now using their T6 5/40 in my 2004 3054xs. Still starts mean when cold. Mine is hooked to a Blizzard B74 blower. The spec's in the manual are of questionable value, as is the manual itself.
