Besides the liquid thread lockers, the nylon locking nuts have always worked the best for me. I don’t think they tested the thin external tooth lock washer. I think these work very well too.

This was very interesting. I’ve never seen the last type of lock washer before. It would have been nice if they would have included some of the various thread locking liquids as well.

What happened on this thread was my fault. Being the Hauling & Towing thread, I thought it would be funny to post a pic of a gas powered service van towing a diesel powered gen-set that was charging a dead EV. It turned out to be offensive, so was quickly deleted. :)

I found the thread about EV and robotic (AI?) tractors rather educational. I didn’t know that autonomous mowers, weeders and pickers even existed. Technology is moving quickly. Some of it is fascinating. .
