How are actual sale prices vs MSRP currently for Kubotas (or other manufactures)?

Here in Canada in 2010 I bought a new grand L4740 for $32,000 with a loader. It had beautiful cab with all options and the hydro plus transmission and 45 hp.. It was a great machine but in November 2023 it had 4100 hours and the tractor had to be split to fix a seal so I decided to buy a new...

    L2502 pto noise

Tractors are not as complicated at cars so in theory they should have less problems. 15 years ago I bought an L4740 kubota and it was first rate. Now I’m thinking the next one I may go with an Korean or some other brand because I’m dealing with problems anyways and paying the to dollar. They...

    Good morning!!!!

Here is east coast Canada it is -11 Celsius. The coming weekend has two snow storms forcasted about 15 cm each. Guess I will be blowing snow on those days. I made a plastic cab for my new L2502 Kubota. That keeps me out of the elements and costed about $200.

Oil & Fuel L2502 smokes really bad at cold start

When after the seat sensor froze I had to jump the sensor. A new seat is on order. Everything else seems to work fine. So I made a make shift cab just to keep me out of the wind and blowing snow. The cab cost about $200. Still a bit of a work in progress. Planning on making lexan panels to fit...

    Loader L2502 loader valve sticky.

The service manage was skidooing out past my place. He just stopped in to fix my loader. I already had it fixed but it was some nice of him to stop in after a long day of skidooing. The fix….My loader was sticking and the loader would go up in the air unnoticed to me if I was looking back in...

    Loader  L2502 loader valve sticky.

Brand new L2502 tractor but the loader valve is sticky. I pulled back to raise the bucket a bit then let it go expecting it to stop but it kept going up until I wiggled the joy stick. This keeps happening. I wonder will this break in after some use or should it be replaced. Also kind of hard...

Just talked to dealer. Apparently a return line was installed with one of the protective plastic caps that come on new hoses. They are taking back my tractor today. It’s suppose to snow Wednesday so I will be busy putting the blower on, building a make shift cab and putting studs in the tires.

Just talked to dealer. He said the strange thing about it was by the time they got back to the dealership the lift arms were up. He thinks it is something stupid like linkage. The service manger and tech was here and decided to send it to the shop. Not sure how much they know.

It’s about time somebody told this guy off. Thanks. Here inCape Breton we don’t have many guys like that. We are notorious for being tuff and most of those guys gets their asses kicked so they either smarten up or leave. Personally I think it’s a great system.

Got a block heater installed in the newest tractor that was delivered. Sad that this tractor was sent back to dealer because the lift arms wouldn’t go up. Udt was over filled at the dealer. I am wondering if this could of created a problem with pressure and damaged part of the hydro system.

Yes I am seeing that now. The good news the fix seems to be fairly simple. They put shimms under the fuel injectors. Kubota canada has a service bulletin regarding this. So back to the point. Is there anybody else having trouble with the L2502. It’s disappointing. How the hellcan kubota put something like that on the market. The l series tractor is one of their best sellers and they are going the screw then self. It’s not hard to test that it’s pretty obvious. Secondly how could the dealer let it go out the door.
