Speeco lists cylinder repair kits in INCH sizes. They have 4", 4.5", 5", kits.

My 25 ton Speeco has a 4.5" cylinder. Measure on the rod end to get the inside diameter of the outer tube (cylinder bore). I just checked mine...4.5"

The 22 ton splitters had a 4" cylinder while the 25 ton splitters had a 4.5" cylinder. Do you only have a 22 ton or a 25 ton with a small cylinder on it? Using your math, a 4.5" cyl would provide 47689 lbs of push.

If it were me, I would definitely be looking at tractors with a turbo. At high altitude, you have less air to compress for ignition. Getting a bigger tractor does not fix that problem. You want the engine to run good and clean so you need a turbo to help with that.

It sounds like your rectifier is to fault. More than likely one or more of the diodes are bad.

In the old days people could see that a car is coming from the other direction BEFORE it would crest the hill. You would dim your lights BEFORE you blinded the other driver. Now it seems many drivers only dim their lights AFTER you repeatedly flash at them. It does piss a person off though...

That is what I was thinking too. Skim the top couple inches with a Harley rake and windrow it, then scoop and dump (fill a hole). Cover with nice soil and seed. Who knows what chemicals etc are in the old dirt that probably wouldn't grow grass anyways.

If you have a rear grader blade, the ratchet rake can be attached to it and works pretty good (see video). I have the small pull behind RR that goes behind a garden tractor and it works good for small areas and prepping for grass seed.

I have run the common splitters at 11gpm and I have run 3pt splitters (painfully slow) that run off the aux hydraulics. My splitter has a 10.5hp engine with a 16gpm pump and it is as slow as I would want.

From what I read, the cheap way of adding fuel is lowing the voltage from the fuel rail sensor. The ECU then bumps the pressure up to compensate the faked low pressure signal. There is normally a pop-off valve to protect from over pressure but they don't survive being popped often. Some sellers...

It is just bumping the fuel rail pressure.....read about it.

A person may think that they are being easier on the engine by running at a slow speed but, once there is a load on it to bog, the governor has whacked the injector wide open and the turbo is creating tremendous heat. At low rpm, it doesn't have the water pump speed, fan speed, cooling intake...

....and I have seen them bouncing like crazy behind a truck too. I always wondered what that was doing to the carburetor float. :rolleyes:

Also, what can this device be doing at only 1500 rpm? The peak HP for this engine happens at 2500 rpm and is probably only making HALF power at 1500 rpm. It would have been cheaper to just rev the engine to normal operating speed, pto speed, so it wouldn't bog pushing that small sand pile.

If it were mine, I would replace the grommet, clean the tank, and use clean fuel. I never had a problem in 20 years with my TC33D.

If the OP is going to mess with it, he may want to install a new grommet too. It would be a good time to flush the tank out as he is having a problem with debris in the fuel anyways.

Yes^^ Using the clutch may be needed if the HST is not adjusted perfectly to have a neutral position. It can be difficult to change ranges if you have some creep or on a slope.

I have several different evergreens on my land and YES, the White Pine are more likely to shed branches. They are also more likely to have severe damage due to storms. Our native Norway Spruce and White Spruce hardly ever lose branches...but they do too.

If you severely overheated the engine, it is possible a violent serge of pressure could have burst the overflow tank. The vent in the cap isn't ready for such a blast of steam/coolant. I blow out the radiators every time I mow. Good luck.

The HD uses 3/4" steel (atv and lawn tractors), the xtreem uses 1" steel and is limited to 45hp, the xtreem plus is a whopping 1.5" of steel (tractors and skid steers).

For that sized tractor, why didn't you get the Extreem model instead of just the HD model?

On Amazon, it only had a 68% 5 star rating which isn't great being that it just a tool. I looked at the 1 star ratings and many people commented it was made in Ch!na after their's broke or bent.

If I am towing or want the transmission to hold gears longer, I just use the tow/haul mode button. Easy peasy.

If that doesn't work, many things have caused these things to be dead. Everything from bad grounds, bad ECU connection, etc.

Being that these things are heavy on electrics, I would disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and reconnect. Maybe it it just got confused and it needs to be reset.

On my G series, the 100a fuse is up by the battery where power for everything but starter branches off red lead. It is near where the sight glass is for the hydraulic fluid tank.

Some of those filter "kit" sites are known to have counterfeit Bobcat branded filters. They are marked as Bobcat but they are cheap knock-offs. Save a few bucks on filters in exchange of $10k of a fuel system rebuild? No way.

I use my ssqa to 3pt adapter to use the carry-all as a work platform to cut branches. It works great to hold a rotary cutter up so you can replace the blades easily. Sometimes it is nice to use the rear blade off the front too. For winter, the snowsport snow plow attaches to the 2" receiver hitch.

There are so many stories of Cybertrucks failing with very low miles. The one thing that seems to resonate with many of them is the company being reluctant to repair under warranty. A person shouldn't have to lawyer up because a oil leak happened at 35 miles.

I looked at the parts diagram for a unit like yours and it is way different than my G series. I'm afraid I can't be of any help to you on this.

There are 2 fuse panels, one by your rh heel and one up by your rh toe. The one by your toe, fuse 5 and relay 12 is "light". Fuse 6 and relay 14 is optional "drive lights". The heel panel has optional marker lights fuse 3 and 4 and relay 12. This is all on a G series TC.

Is the tractor a positive ground? Is the coil polarity correct?

A couple years ago I bought EZ Pour spouts for all my cans. It was the BEST money I ever spent. I don't dread filling the equipment with fuel any more.

Another thing....you don't need to keep cranking the engine over to test the ignition system. The correct side of the coil should have power and the points need the make/break the ground on the other side of the coil. Open and close the points with your thumbnail and see if you have spark from...

I have seen more problems with the cheap import points and condensers than with coils.
