Is there a problem with which you wish help? Or were you just listing things so there is a history of parts replaced?

Just curious...

I’m at this point just throwing money at it, I just replaced the HST Relay and still the same old click of the fuel shutoff and stop solenoids (which both tested and are working properly)and no crank. Just now hooked up my battery charger and put it on jump start and after two clicks the tractor started.? So now I’m going to get a new battery as this one is older. Guess we will see if this works.

Battery cables look good? They can look good externally, but have internal corrosion. Could wires be rodent chewed? Bad ground? Sounds like power is intermittently dropping out to the circuits you mentioned above.

Use a voltmeter to see how much voltage is actually getting to the starter. It won't be twelve but it should be around ten. If you're not getting appropriate voltage it's time to troubleshoot not throw money.

Cables all look good don’t see any corrosion. Just put a new battery in and still the same thing.

Cables were good but what seems to be the problem was the negative ground woven bare wire from the motor to the frame was bad!, I took it off cleaned to bare metal on frame and motor and now it starts. This is a 2017 model never a problem with that before. AMAZING I’ve check all connections all looked good but then I just thought take it off clean it and viola. Man I feel like a schmuck now.

It's great to hear you got it.

On some of the car repair channels I like watching, I've seen those flat braided ground cables turned to dust after as little as 2-3 rust belt winters. Get some spray cans of fluid film and coat all the ground lugs, battery terminals, braided grounds, etc.
