Loader stuck in float mode - anybody ?

The loader on my 2014 NX4510 is stuck in the float mode. The Joystick will sit in the same position leaning forward as when you push forward but it will move to lift the loader but the loader won't go back down. I took the joystick assembly apart and cables are intact. Figured it might be a valve frozen but it's been above zero the last 2 days and I let it run today for 45 minutes. Anyone have any ideas ? Yank on the couplers coming out of the controls to,make sure there all seated properly.
