Mostly bumping this to the top, because I like the thoroughness of the thread! And, I've gotta fix my 2022. I'm pretty sure it's another corroded wire, and Xfaxman has the best pictures to look through.

My batteries are 4 years old, but doing ok, but the corrosion is getting worse and worse. After reviewing the conversion pictures, I might be considering this. The Voltronix site doesn't have any order details, but I sent a "contact me" query on their site. They do have a link to a cool Polaris EV tricked out with what looks like solar panels on top on their site.

I would trash PV panels on the roof of my Polaris Ranger EV due to trees when I mow (pull-behind gas mower) with it. Other than that, seems like a neat idea. The electric drive system is fantastic for pulling slowly when needed.
