The dealer, and I use that word loosely, got another piston in. Told the SIL that that's the way they come, you have to file the bosses to fit the side to side measurement of the con rod. Sounds like a load of crap to me, never heard of such a thing.
I may order a piston from scamazon just for the halibut and see what I end up with.
What saw was it again? Sounds like BS.

I'll check some of my spots for better aftermarket stuff.

Last afm piston I put in a G466 aka MS460.

Thanks XY. Can't find it in Canada anywhere that the shipping is ridiculous.
I'll order one from scamazon and see what happens.

Someone asking for some of my plastic saws for a race build in 42cc wild thing class.

Pulled these off the shelf for a guy out of state for a possible porting build. Both runners stock and already gone through with echo oem lines. I know the 2175 has new carb kit. 260 cant recall owned it for so long.

The chrome bore 260 42cc with antivibe my favorite of the plastic saws in their brand.

So took off the shelf for him looked over put in bigger box and off they went to a new home for a race class build.

I swore I wouldnt pick up anymore plastic saws, since sold those other 2 this week. :ROFLMAO:
Yet here we are Poulan 2375 the better ones before ruined by strato.

But since they are racing the wild things again this year. I made a hour round trip. 🤦🙃😞

I thought I better grab some as I seen them. Just in case for folks building them. One was just a tad to far to make me drive to it.

Only the better non strato ones. Like 2375 etc. Also some of the craftsman versions in non strato 42cc to have their pistons cylinders, cranks etc too if needed.

They have to be in the wild thing colors and cases etc at 42cc max.

Bought this bark peeler to use on sawmill logs. Was going to put it on an old makita saw I had but the pulley would not fit. A buddy gave me this old poulan a while back, so I thought I would see if the pulley would fit. It was closes but there was a little slop where the spindle came though the pulley so I had to make a bushing to tighten it up. Put some new gas and a. little seafoam in the saw and BOOM started right up and the bark peeler works perfectly. GOTTA LOVE FREE CHAINSAWS!

I took something like that on trade with the mill. To cover some of my labor fixing guys saw.

Thinking this was the original ones.

This one used chain.

Yeah, that is old school. I was tempted to get one of those, but I thought it would be more dangerous with a chain on it. And I didn't want to spring for a toothless chain.

Pretty neat video by this guy. Skip up 2:30 mins though or you be watching him try and start his saw. 😋

I like how he has something for saw weight and rolling that log for doing other sections. Well thought out.

Wasn't there a movie called the pit and the (chainsaw) pendulum.
Don't think I want a running saw on a rope flailing around.
