Wasn't there a movie called the pit and the (chainsaw) pendulum.
Don't think I want a running saw on a rope flailing around.

Chain has no cutters.

Just the end part of tool does for debarking.

Lots of different ways of doing things, his method seems to work pretty well for him. Would like to see what it looks like after it’s installed in the stairwell

I know the guy I got mine from years ago used to do all the wood in his house he was building.

Bet it is nice in there.

I have a friend in KY that has a debarked sealed tree standing in their house. Whole house beautiful wood inside.

Wish I can recall where those pics are. I'll post if I find them.

Dan's RIP. House he did.

He worked commercial as tree guy and raced. How I got to know him was from racing.

Me and Dan back in the day with hotsaws. He got 1st me 5th.
