Traded in the TV450 and got the TV620B home today. Only played with it enough to dial in the speed settings on the lift, curl, dump, track speed and pushed a bit into a gravel pile. First impression is this thing is a beast when it comes to pushing and lift capacity. It picks up my 84" CID cutter like it's not even there. I've got a good size gravel pile in the lot that my TV450 could push into but wouldn't move it. The 620 pushed into and moved the entire pile with ease. This thing is even heavier than the case spec sheet lists. I scaled my truck and trailer empty and on the way home after picking up the 620. Loaded with fuel it scaled out at 16,860. I'm looking forward to getting some work in with the cutter as well as a danuser intimidator I have ordered for pulling and digging trees/stumps. I'll post some updates and thoughts on the machine as I get some work in clearing some overgrown timber on our property. Will be interesting to see how it does on hills due to the weight of this machine and if it slows down much over my 450.

Do you have 10k or 12k axles on your trailer?

/ She's a little on the heavy side - TV620B #5
7K. Makes those axles flex under a heavy load and gives me a smoother ride. Those HD axles ride too rough.
Your brave enough to load a 7k axle to near 12k?

Before everyone takes me serious and we start the not safe or legal posts they are 14k. 10k or 12k wouldn't give me enough capacity to add my cutter if working offsite. Door decal with my company name and DOT# in the last pic is whited out for privacy and location. Truck is 6.7 HO with Aisen and 4:10 gears so my truck axels, GWR, GCWR are all good. I am a class A CDL driver with insurance as well so all basis are covered. 4 point chains on the machine. Bucket was strapped. Took it off and decided to snap pics.

Now on to the machine. She is big. Here's me standing next to it. I'm 5'10".

They have added a step to the back side of the bucket and grab handle on top of the loader arm to help entry/exit. I'll see how long that grab handle lasts in the timber but its pretty solid.

Hose routing looks very good. Walkaround video showing hoses. All are very well protected.

What I didn't know when ordering and I blame my salesman for not asking is a second set of hydraulic couplers is an upgrade. Machine only has highflow couplers and a switch in cab switches between standard and high flow. Not a huge deal but will need to either get a set of coupler adapters for my grapple and snow plow or swap coupler size on those implements. Probably get the adapters though as I would need them if renting something as well. I'll followup with more when I start working it.

You could have waited till this time next year on me, I wasn't biting.
I own a pyrotechnics company doing indoor and outdoor displays. Our stuff is 1.3g explosives per classification. After dealing with hazmat federal DOT audits and roadside inspections for the last 25 years I don't take any chances when I'm hauling in commerce, even if it's just a tractor or CTL.

Do you already have a mower for it? Are you going to use it for mowing down trees? Those are some of my favorite YouTube videos to watch!!

Any particular reason(s) you didnt get the DL550 instead? Last year when we were shopping Case had some really good reasons to buy from them.

Price, weight over 18,000 lbs, and just didnt see myself using the dozer function enough. Plus I think this one at the weight it is could probably use some more hp working steep slopes. My 450 will probably be faster in that scenario just due to hp/weight ratio. I did use the machine this morning to re-grade part of a road at my shop that was washed out. This thing can push. Never broke traction and piled dirt up and over the bucket with ease. This bucked heaped holds 1.5 yards so if you were doing a lot of gradings/site prep I could see the benefits of the 550.

Yes. 84" CID Xtreme. 3 blade with mulching teeth. It's rated for up to 7" although I usually stick to about 5". Anything bigger and I usually just drop, pile, and burn. Good stuff goes to the firewood pile. I wanted to try it out this morning but found case has changed the high flow couplings on this unit so now new ones for the mower are needed. A drum mulcher would be nice but can't justify the cost unless I started doing a lot of for hire jobs.

Another nice feature this has is adjustable hydro flow. You can derate your flow to match implements if needed.

Played around for a few more minutes today getting a feel for what this machine is capable of. The lift and bucket tilt specs state 12,907 lbs bucket tilt and 12,084 lift cylinders. The weight of this machine makes good use of those numbers. Only had the regular bucket on hand, not my stump bucket but took down a few trees and I am super impressed. Here's video tackling a 10" tree. My TV450 would have ran out of power or traction when the ground started to heave and I couldn't have lifted it without cutting roots first with the stump bucket.

I was finally was able to put the 620 to work today. All of the dirt from the new building we built last year was piled behind the building when doing the pad construction. Went out the morning and used the 620 to get all of that dirt moved and grade smoothed out a bit. It took me a total of just over 20 minutes. The amount of dirt this thing can push is pretty impressive. All of that weight allows every bit of power to be put to ground.

Also here's a pic next to my 1 ton Ram dually to get an idea of size of this machine.

Now I remember you. Didn't you build a pond in the woods?
