Had a church meeting outside around a fire pit. I forgot to take a picture. He has 6 swings on a trellis structure surrounding a brio fire pit in the center. Really nice. Too warm for a fire, but we all enjoyed sitting and talking. Just a pretty day out.

Did start looking at class B and C on RVtrader. Pricy also, even used.

I've been trying to source name brand coil packs for my 2019 Ford V10.
prices range from 110 for no name to 275 for NGK to 650 for oem.
Drew, there are numerous reports of the aftermarket coil packs being seriously cheaply made and failing quickly. The NGK brand isn't any better. The only recommendation is to stick with Ford....

Happy Birthday Dennis.
Buckeye, do you need a bunkhouse version of rv?
gets very crowded putting folks up in living room, wondered what your plans were.
for two or lots more?

I remembered I had an OBD reader in garage so this weekend want to plug that in and see if it shows source of the miss at idle. I also have a lot of whistling noises that I thought was a bad pcv valve, so we replaced that, no change. So yes, maybe a vacuum leak somewhere. Way over my paygrade but thankfully that Mennonite truck repair place in Souderton PA will fix everything, including my squashed entry step.

Buppies did not show up, not sure if our wires were crossed or he has other challenges.
he is a good man and has his hands more than full

yikes
they are 45 bucks a piece vs 10. NGK is 27
ok, that really makes me want to identify one possibly bad coil pack and just replace that with an oem one.
thanks

yes, those shrink wrapped Chinese coil pack sets do not give off a feeling of quality.
I wonder who makes Ford's? Some Motorcraft supplier?

had a lovely afternoon reading my book outside despite lawn crew kicking up huge clouds of dust everywhere. Leaves are turning color, nice to see
as expected lot of truck noise here due to the I-81 being about 1/4 mile away.

no one at desk today and folks coming in wondering what to do.
I helped a few of them, there were two more reservations besides mine, and as long as they didn't park in those spots, seemed to be first come first served.
one older German couple pulling a giant fifth wheel were somewhat entertaining.
He was determined to not unhook his trailer. Which 98% of the time fifth wheelers do.
Plus his site is not level and out come the boards and his trusty three foot level he kept putting on side of rv. Whatever works. I'm sure he's got auto leveling but you have to unhook first...

guy across from me has new 40 foot Brinkley toyhauler. Immense triple axle thing.
Brinkley new brand known for good quality. I asked him if he had found that to be the case. Oh no...problems with Lippert frame and cracks in wall, water leaks, plumbing not even connected after he paid four grand for a preinspection survey.
I guess this is why Airstream continues to get folks to pay triple for one of theirs.

Lovely day

Stacked more firewood. Still have a few places with firewood before have to saw up some logs

The sagging beam in the corn crib is now up to level. The wedged in 4x4's worked actually better than jack posts. Whack it with a sledge, leave it for a week and do it again and repeat. There is daylight under the center post now.
Have to come up with the support for the beam, perhaps 2x12 screwed in with ledger screws may be the easiest. At least it is somewhat square

Well, it's now a done deal.... fighting with the bureaucracy is finally over with!
Took 3 years and a lot of aggravation, but now everything is corrected. Now it should be a lot simpler to organize our finances.

All I have to say is WHEW! Now our full retirement plans can come to fruition

Sons NGK doing well.
Drew, would want a full size bed. No bunk. Separate shower. Smaller vehicle the better. Saw Winnebago that would be good, except the curved bed at one side.
Even used hard to justify $75-$100k
