I used exactly 25 sacks of concrete that weigh 60 pounds each. The metal frame was just over 100 pounds. 25x60+100=1,600

Exactly!

Water has physical properties; Frozen, vapor, liquid...all of which are not present in dried concrete.

We can't get around physics and the only thing present in dried concrete is still Portland, limestone and aggregate. Water was just the ingredient that prompted the chemical reaction and then it's evaporated off as it's no longer needed.

A cement truck is limited to 10 yards due to weight. However a dump truck can haul off more than 10 yards of dried concrete. :cool:

Sure about that?

Concrete is cured, not dried.
I believe a good majority of the oxygen, and hydrogen of water mass is chemically bonded in the Portland cement in the chemical curing process

Curing is a temporary process where as dried is when the hydration process is complete.
