Century 3647
I've got a 2004 Century 3647 and it's been great. 47hp. Strong, absolutely reliable, only have had to do basic service, and rebuild the hydraulics on the front end loader.
I'm trying to find a fork attachment for the loader. I've already got the kind you attach to the bucket, but that's not cutting it. I would like to find something that can replace the bucket to pick up tree trunks. Either dedicated forks or some sort of grapple. Any advice? I know the company has several names, and Branson is one of them. I think Zetor may be the same. This is the Humpolec C50H loader. Any advice is appreciated!

Do you have skid steer quick attach on the front?

Century was made by Branson. Branson is now part of TYM.

I have a cousin to your machine. My property is mostly forested and I got this Heavy Duty Root Grapple from CID (sold through dealers) to move logs. I also have Forks, 4k ones from Ironcraft.

Search for posts by Sawyer Rob the Tractor and Wood thread. He has a set of forks with a hydraulic “thumb”.

If you are not lifting pallets that are stacked high, it seems like a good option.

No, I have the C50H front end loader, with the quick disconnect bucket.

I had an extra set of 42" forks from my CAT when I went to 48". I bought this Titan grapple without forks for under $1k. It comes with or without forks. SSQA fits my Bobcat or Kubota

Buy both. Forks first, then a grapple. Each attachment excels at specific farm jobs.
Good luck.

Plus, you can use the Forks to unload delivery of new attachments.

I got a sweet 48"-6.6KHD fork (100#lighter) and grapple "combo" from Express Steel (Made in USA) for around $2300 with free shipping.

You will regret getting that. Grapples do not have closed ends for a reason.
Unless your soil is sandy, I would disagree, but it all depends on the users need. I have struggled with buyers remorse all my life and I do not regret this purchase at all. I shopped the add on's and the prices were the same or close to a $100 of the price of a full grapple itself, and the "add on" ties up my bucket. Modding the end or floor of a grapple is still cheaper if needed.

Nice. I like mine also. I also have a short set from another brand but I don't use them often due to their size.

Due to this posting, I took a casual gander at IronCraft and like the pricing of their 4way bucket. There is a dealer about 50 miles from me that supposedly carries their product.

Is that the brand? Express forks?
The brand is Express Steel, Made and Fabricated in Indiana- USA (High quality item that doesn't cost you the farm or your first born). I'm not a paid spokesperson- just a satisfied customer who paid a fair price for a good product.

Here is the Combo, but you can get them separately if you want.

If it is anything like mine, it is a proprietary quick connect. I had to have a fabrication/mod to accept the SSQA blanks/attachments. Mine looked like this.
