Thought it might be nice to have this thread for us to share tips and suggestions to make ownership and operation easier for others.
Some of these might seem like "no brainers" to seasoned tractor and implement owners, but to others they may be welcomed.
Here's a few I've learned over the last 8 years of ownership:
Would love to hear your tips and suggestions!

Here's a few I've learned over the last 8 years of ownership:
- ALWAYS do the scheduled maintenance, especially oil, filters, fluids, grease
- Check the air pressure in your tires (I neglected this and found I had almost no air pressure just fluid fill)
- If you have an FEL, lubricate the leveling rod so it doesn't squeak (thanx to another poster for this one)
- If you don't have a suspension seat.....get one !
- Grease/lubricate your linkages for 3 pt, hydrostat, etc
- Don't "lug" your engine (not enough RPM's) My sweet spot is 1750-2000. Yours may differ.
- Crawl under your tractor to inspect for debris, loose fittings, wires, etc.
Would love to hear your tips and suggestions!
