Deutz wont turn on

My 30-06 came with a 4D batt when new, but I've had a decent car batt in it for years and years with no problems at all.

IF I was buying a NEW batt. for it, I'd buy a group 31 batt. as I already know that's what would spin it over best.

A battery that holds 11 volt under a load test is good.
If it drops down to 10 then the end is close.
