just cleared 65 ac for pasture and I was able to get grass seed down right away.

How long did it take you to clear that 65 ac?

There just seemed to be an unusual number of first or 2nd time ever posts in this thread.

Went back and counted 18 posts in the first 100 that had posted less than 20 times ever, and 5 or 6 it was their first ever post on TBN.

I've heard that a few times in other threads. This thread was in one of our weekly trending topics newsletters. That often brings users in who aren't active daily or have been inactive for a while.

Haha, the TBN old timers get suspicious when low post count members chime in to a more divisive thread.

This one also has a very clear thread title, "clearing 154 acres of woods" - certainly gets your attention and the OP directly asked for comments and input.
