Just tried this, nothing changed. Also still showing not secure. FYI, this is only site doing this. Tried several other sites and all were logging in correctly.Clear cookies from tractorbynet.com and log in again.
Yes, same thing.
The site also shows as unsecure. My office firewall is classifying it as spam and wanting me to go "back to safety".
tried both addresses . Both come up as not secure. clicking on "not secure" bring up box saying site does not have certificate. Both edge and chrome showing not secureWe changed our server IP address. Your office firewall may be storing the old IP address and providing that to your browser. Does it make a difference whether you type: "www.tractorbynet.com" or "tractorbynet.com" in the URL?
When you are on any page that is unsecure, can you click to the left of the URL on the little locked (or unlocked) icon?
This should let you click to expand when you click on "Connection Secure" (or "Not" secure) and what I'm trying to have you get at is the "Certificate Information" or "View Certificate" (depending on your browser there are different ways to get there.)
Also when you expand the error on the "back to safety" message, it should give you an error message like "Domain name invalid" or "doesn't match" or something like that.
If you can past any of that info here, that will help me figure out what might be causing the issue.
That took care of it for me. Noticed this morning that everything was back to normal. Thanks for your help!!I made a server change. It should be re-directing you to the https version of the site automatically now (this setting got missed when I changed it over) so if you had bookmarked the https version, came in through the homepage (which does redirect to https automatically) or just clicked from somewhere that already had the https you were fine. But if your default bookmark or auto-complete was for http it was giving you the unsecured version. Now it doesn't do that.
Let me know if this has improved either of your issues!
