I'm also waiting, not patiently but waiting...
We have TCS in my area but they aren't on the list to get tractor sales at this time. I might have to go to MI or grab one in TX and take it home. Looking at the Solis website, I really like what I see about the tractor. It is far from a new tractor on the market, just a new marketing strategy to sell tractors through local stores instead of big regional dealerships. Call me crazy but I like it.
Summit Tractors is an entirely different entity from Solis. Not a division of ITL/Solis but rather a U.S. based company with their own sales channels, service centers, support, etc. They chose ITL to supply the TX25H and they chose a U.S. based oem mfg to supply the Summit Tractors grapple bucket, for example. Indeed it is a new business model, different from any previous retail tractor product we've seen (which were branded under the store name where they were being sold).
