41° outside with a cold breeze. Just finished mowing the leaves. That should be it, as most are off.

It was cold, should of wore a heavier jacket.

68° in the house. Was mostly overcast but sun came out towards end, but starting to go down now.

Front down to axel, but doesn’t appear to be in water. Limited flat area in rear.

Got all the marigolds pulled out.... My suspicion was correct.... there are a gazillion seeds. Couldn't grab hold of one without a big "POOF" of seeds.

This was the second season that we have planted them in the blocks, there were only a few strays that came up this year, so maybe we won't be overrun next year. We won't be planting them again in the block.... the block is reserved for asiatic lilies next season.

I was contemplating raking the dirt to get some more of the seeds, but then I would be cultivating some of them too..... decided not to -- I'll let the wind take care of 'em!

Good (Monday) morning. An overnight Low of 14C and it's presently 15.5C with a cold front coming for the next few days. There was 47.5mm in the gauge at 0900 and it continues to rain <sigh>... well, I'd rather rain than drought and you can almost hear the grass growing.

Indoor tasks today; a wee bit of dhobi and the house needs a vacuuming. Perhaps a bathroom cleaning. I do have a Church Council meeting this arvo at 1630.
