Finally caught up.

Already down to 34F @ 20:30, headed down to the upper 20's tonight, will likely be our 1st hard freeze.

Hopper feeder refilled first thing, also 3 suet feeders.

Water line over to the barn drained and blown out.

Three dump cart loads of hand/power tools brought back over to the garage here at the house which is most of them so not too long or painful.

Also brought the power washer back over to the garage after I drained it, the hose, and the wand.

Some straightening up still to do over there, plus move a few more things over here to the house or up to the shop.

Woman went down and got 4 gallons of diesel for the scissors lift, will refill it tomorrow before it goes back.

After that her girlfriend picked Her up to go to another girlfriend's Birthday Party.

She cooked up some Jambalaya with smoked sausage and green beans on the side for me before She left, was tasty.

Plan for tomorrow is for me to work on mowing/mulching leaves and She'll clean up in the flower bed/garden.

Hope everyone had a great day ... (y)

Good evening all. 28ºF for the start, clear sky, light wind. Light to moderate wind, Sk clouded up some later in day, and high temp was 52ºF. Glad dog sitting over, Scooter decided to wake me up 6 times last night :(. Chapel to start day, the make Creame of Wheat/ Malt-o-Meal mix for breakfast. Putted some rest of day, got front porch swept off, kitchen cleaned up and wood wagon and wheelbarrow tires filled and filled with wood. Cleaned some ash from insert this afternoon, then started a fire. Did get short nap in. Tomorrows forecast is cold. 39ºF, and wet.

David Deisel wrecker will likely do the job as well. I worked at Rolla airport for a while, one of the lineman, (not me) got IH C tractor stuck in mud from a pond that was drying out, up close to axles. Guy brough his smallest truck wrecker to winch it out, was disappointed he had to chock wheels to pull tractor out.

mostly - thanks, still here

Tomorrow (Monday) I have to get to Kelowna, 2 hr drive for a BOTOX appt. Specialist Dr. jams about 14-15 needles into my lower back (6x) and in my right leg (8x) with needles that are 3-4 inches long, going straight into the muscles. For a few months, it helps with pain and spasms due to the mva injury years ago (and my cerebral palsy). Highly regulated, I get it every 6 months, but if I stop going (it's expensive, and it HURTS) then I am at the far end of a 5 yr wait list. So it's my best option to go. I feel beat up when I walk out of the appt, the pain lingers for a day or two, and I generally need a driver for the return trip home. So I'll buy gas and lunch. It'll be okay, but nothing that I look forward to.
