I have there's a stop lever on or near the stop solenoid. Check your operator's manual for location.

Not sure about the BX23 but some Kubotas have a knob just to the right of the steering column to pull that is a shut off.
Being an HST, you can't just bog it down and kill the engine like with a stick transmission. With a diesel it is a matter of finding a way to shut off the flow of fuel...
