Got a 2014 mx48000 on a rental. With bushog attached, and clutch depressed, wHen you depress the PTO switch and turn clockwise to the on position, it does not engage. Appears I have to hold the switch in the on position with pressure on it and as I release the clutch, PTO shaft starts to spin but then stops. Can't be normal operation. If I release clutch as I am increasing throttle and holding the switch in the on position, the PTO will occasionally start and stay running.
I think the switch is bad under a load such as the power needed to engage the blades. Any one help?
Thanks, guys
