Grain Bin Rental fee

I have a GSI 6500 bushel grain bin with dryer and auger. I don't use it anymore, and seems not a big market for selling, so wondering about renting it for grain storage. Is there anyone with some knowledge on what would be a reasonable rate for rental fee? I let a guy use it for a couple of years for free, well, more of a barter thing to have him do some backhoe work for me. Now I just want to rent it out.
