Moving Junk Around the Yard

Good Day All,

Am I the only one that is always moving his crap around the property constantly? I just moved a bunch of telephone poles for the 3rd time in 3 months. I am also always moving my tractor attachments around and still have to move attachments out the way to get to what I want.. I have moved pallets of block and brick around a bunch as well. Also always looking for a better place to put my trailers.

I am going to be building a wood shed soon and another shed closer to the house for lawnmower and such. Still cannot make final decisions on that. I know once I build it, I will wish I had put it somewhere else. I am so wishy washy. LOL

I am on 16 acres. You would think I would have plenty of room to put things where they need to be. Maybe one day I will get it all straight?

You’re not the only one. I had a 12x24 portable building delivered, then called them back two years later to move it to another location, which they did for $150.

I’ve also chosen an area to be a brush pile or a wood pile and then realized, “nope, that’s too close to the house or too far.”

every time I find a home for something I have to move it. Right now it is pigs. My wife decided we needed a pair of Hereford pigs this winter so I built a stall in the barn for them knowing they would have to be separated by May. well now I have to build another stall, actually take one of the goat stalls and redo it a bit. I do this knowing I will have to move them when I get an outdoor pen for them. Everything gets moved three times a year it seams. I want to scream sometimes.

I have a 40x70 "shop" building now. It's (mostly) all in there, but I still have to shuffle it around a couple times a year (winter/summer-snow stuff/yard-mowing stuff). I don't think there's a way around it. Even if you moved into an apartment in town (shoot me first), you'd still have "stuff".

Palletizing as much as I can and getting forks for the tractor FEL has gone a long ways to helping the process of shuffling it around. But shuffling still occurs.
