Ordered a 2022 Ram 2500

So am I and candidly, I could buy one (or 2) as well but I won't because they aren't worth that kind of jack. Neither are the Fords or the Chevy's either. Now I might buy one off lease (which is how I buy my vehicles any way) and let the original lessee take the depreciation hit.

Just bought my wife a 2 year old off lease Suburban LTZ 4x4 loaded and paid about half sticker and it still had factory warranty left on it. A loaded Burb is right up there as well with the pickup trucks, in the mid to high 70's Put an additional 4 year warranty on it because of all the electronic stuff. Even has a TV for the back seat, air ride suspension and knobs I cannot figure out what the are for yet.

Paid cash too. As a rule, I don't finance anything unless it's for the business and I can write it off. Just bought a new 45 grand round bailer as well and got 0 percent finance on it.

Told the wife I was considering a new Corvette but living on a dirt road, probably not a good idea. I'll probably wait until Fords get the bugs out of the new full size Bronco and get one of them, off lease of course.

Always been a full size Bronco fan. Money isn't an issue here and never has been. I probably have more than I can ever spend anyway and if I need some, I can always ask my wife for a loan.

I am at the Sports Turf Managers Assoc. conference in Savannah Georgia. I don’t mow grass any more. I only build and maintain natural grass sports fields. I also sell several lines of specialized equipment for sports turf and golf.

Hay complete turf man you got cheated the
plastic is torn. Say that's a very nice truck!
I liked the front shape of the Dodge when
they change the hood and fenders so it
was easier to see now they went back to
the big blunt nose straight and flat. The
hood on the new pickups are higher that
our car! Shop foreman said if you have a
3/4 ton pickup and want a 1 ton just add
two leafs to the back leaf springs!

Thanks, but I already have 2 other Rams. One is a 2016 3500 Tradesman Cab/chassis, and the other is a 2019 2500 Tradesman. Both are white. I'm working on the paperwork now and should be on my way to get my new one shortly.

Picked up the truck yesterday. It sure is nice! The UConnect 5 entertainment system with the 12" screen is amazing. I could go on and on. I've never had a truck this nice, but my wife's Expeditiion Limited is close.

A couple of things I am disappointed with though. I thought I had ordered 'power fold' mirrors, but the truck doesn't have them. Also the 'cargo view' camera isn't working. The tech said that ALL cargo view cameras on all Rams has recently quit working. He said that Uconnect should have a software fix for this soon.

And, before I left the dealership, I had my phone connected to the 12" screen with Apple CarPlay, but I could not get it up on the screen when I got home.

Minor issues....Otherwise it's really nice. I can lock/unlock and start the engine from my cell phone from anywere in the world. From the outside, it looks like a plain truck, but the inside is really fancy. I'll post some pics after it gets daylight later this morning.

Nice truck! Interesting that I got my new truck yesterday as well. I ordered a F-150 in the beginning of October. So Ram is quite a bit faster than Ford on completing builds.

I got “tricked” on the power fold mirrors, too.
I went back and looked at my trucks description and it says “power, folding mirrors”. (Note the comma)
Not “power folding mirrors”.

I wanted the folding mirrors real bad. They CAN be “factory” retrofitted. Ram Forums is a great place to find information.
