Eco-Nazis threw mud on the wall to see it if stuck, and found they could stoke fears of CO2. Found they could misguide and spin CO2 interchangeably with "carbon". You know the speaker is ignorant when the two are used interchangeably. And quite frankly carbon and CO2 are essential for life on Earth. The more the better.
