Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Pictures of your snow weapons

Thanks to some advice on this thread, here is my upgraded Snow Removal Tool. For the past 6 years, I've had an open station and front mount plow, which was fine for about 80% of snow we can get in the snow belt of upstate NY. This year i added the Original Tractor Cab and the Woodmax snowblower. I finally got a chance to give it a nice workout this weekend with 8-10 inches of light fluffy snow. It was nice to be out of the wind and blowing snow and the blower is really heavy duty. I won't have to worry about big snowbanks or driveway edges anymore. With 1000' of driveway, that is a big relief. I can say based on short term use both the cab and the blower was money well spent!

I'm a snowblower man myself, LOVE them over a plow. I keep a push box on the front for some areas around buildings and the few areas I have with a little pavement.

Looks like a nice set up and should keep you warm and dry in there! Don't forget to have a shear pin on hand if you're going at the older snow banks.

Pushing the modest snow we got last night.... Sad to say, the forecast doesn't have much more in it.

Arly! How you been my friend. Grooming this year at all? I'll have to wonder over to the grooming forum.

What snow. This is the worse snow year hear for 25 years.

....or the best snow year in 25 years!

(Guess I shouldn't say that on a Snow Equipment forum??!!)

Not much of a "storm" here last night, despite the "WINTER STORM WARNINGS" posted everywhere. Why does every winter snow "event" now generate Storm Tracker broadcasts and Warnings? It's winter. It's supposed to snow.

I'd much rather have snow in January, than the tornado they got in Alabama last night.

We only got a couple of inches of wet snow overnight even though they had the "Winter Storm Warnings" up for us too. What a disappointment. Fired up the BX and cleaned my and the neighbor lady's drives this morning. Was hoping for more nice fluffy snow so I can test out the rebuilt blower and mount on my 430 JD. But no such luck this season yet.

Had some snow with wind that blew in a few inches, so set up the GoPro to catch some of the action. Windy so put on the snowmobile helmet as I don't have a nice warm cab.

Snow Plowing pad - YouTube

Added some LED lights for replacement of rear work light and two for forward night work (added to the ROPS). Great addition.

Will need to get the wing mounted as the snow berms are creeping in (when they get up to nearly 4' high). Plan is after another 4-5" this weekend.

Yeah, I don't see how Buffalo got it's reputation for being snowy. I moved here three years ago and it is not at all outstanding in the snow department.

Power king with 4ft plow, small 22" snowblower and a shovel.

BLIZZARD of 77 gave us that reputation

Hello and good morning ArlyA,

Are those track specific for your snow mule or are they something that
that can be used on an kubota RTV 1100(as long as I am dreaming haha.

When I finished pricing out the one I wanted when I can no longer drive safe
it hit 32K-not including the pole mounted beacons, brake lights, turn signals and
trailer hitch.

They charge extra for brake lights and a trailer hitch on the RTV1100? They came standard on our RTV500.

Here is a thread I started about our 6x6 Boss while working. This is a Polaris product. https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/atvs-utility-vehicles/428676-big-boss-work.html

or putting the pods on https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/atvs-utility-vehicles/424676-pod-wheels-switch-over-p.html

All pods are specific for each machine. That is a basic design must be modified to fit on various machines. I'm confident there are pods for your machine. Two company's pretty much build them all, Camso and Soucy. Having used and repaired both brands, Soucy are by far my favorite. These of course are costly and the ones on our machine were over 5K when new.

Just completed my hard piping and fitting to my BX2680 of a rebuilt and converted to hydraulic drive Ariens 48" blower. Driven by rear PTO pump and controlled by wireless key fob and remote receiver on blower with rechargeable battery- Milwaukee M12. Cab is by Kubota/Curtis and my installation.... with extra lights!

That sounds like something that needs a build thread and a lot of pictures....
