Yes I soldered all the wire ends before crimping the eyes on. I didn’t realize that I could post more than one picture at a time. Not the best with this stuff lol.

Maiden voyage. Trailer was loaded with firewood before stacking 10 posts and 65 1x6s on top. It handled the weight awesome.

Still need to come up with a name for the trailer.

Here's a simple trick I do when it comes to grounds on a trailer. I get some stainless steel 1/4" bolts and drill a hole in the steel where a ground is needed. push the bolt through the hole and weld the head. The threads will be on the other side of the steel so they aren't going to get damaged by welding. Now you have a stud to bolt your grounds to that will never loose contact with the steel frame or rust. The weld isn't stainless but as long as you paint the weld (like all the rest of the trailer) it'll last. Just don't paint the stainless threads.

Dump 1 yard of dirt at moderate speed with no strain on the frame one time all the time = satisfactory. 1-1/2 yard of dirt = well done. 2 yards = outstanding and impressive. More then 2 yards =1 2 3 and unbelievable from the materials that was used...........

Oldpath. Lol dumb question. How many 5ft bobcat scoops is that. And would gravel suffice. I have a buddy that works at the gravel yard that told me to come play

I was told my 5' bucket when rounded = 3/yard so if you put in 3 scoops you should be aprox 1 yard and gravel makes an excellent choice, bring me over 3000 yards when you get around to it.......

A 5’ bobcat scoop is probably 1/2 yard.

Now I have to get my calculator back out and re-do my calculations, might be easier if fremann buys a kuboto with 5' bucket......

Depends on the bucket, the 73" dirt bucket on my Case is approx 1/2 yard heaped, the 73" utility bucket is .84 yards, lots of variables.

Just know what your loading, I accidentally overloaded my dump trailer by out 3tons once due to using the wrong bucket and material specs. Luckily my dump is pretty heavy duty!
