Been considering doing this to my cab tractor. What is the difficulty level of flipping the tires? Other than a heavy duty hydraulic jack, any special equipment needed?
Yeah, I knew about the centers and really the size and weight of the tires and rims is what's kept me from attempting it already. I'm a little over an hour northwest of you (Howell area) so I'm not sure Spec Tire would be an option for me. I'll definitely check locally to find someone since you've convinced me to leave it to the professionals. Thanks.
The offset on your rear tires looks exactly like what I have on my M6040. Except I have ag rims. I was going to move the tires in one notch. Then I got to checking the weight of the rimguard + tire + rim. They are perfectly OK the way they are.
I just found out that Kubota's have notoriously small axles, and they break with duals, the wheels have to slip a bit on them..HUH!!! My owners manual say to never run duals..........
there's many pictures of them running duals, it don't have anything to do with axle length, they mount with the bulging side to each other, just like on an 18 wheeler.. but don't do it, the axles are too weak compared to other make tractors..Never seen a Kubby with duals. Guess there is always a first time but saying that, the axles themselves aren't long enough.

Maybe on smaller Kubotas. The rear axles on my 2009 Kubota M6040 - 4" diameter.
Like I said - the rear axle is 4". The flange is 10".
