The afternoon front totally fell apart across us, all rain late day was north. Still 68 outside. Ellen made Chinese for dinner, tasted great.
Anyone notice all the Chinese Restaurants are closed?

And I thought Chinese were the original take outs.

Roy, glad your back is on the mend.

Not maple syrup, but a few years ago I accidentally found out adding Meyers Rum to the glaze was an improvement.

Not many things that, can't be made better with some good rum, or adding pork.

I've noticed that, too.

Probably because Google has a significantly more advanced server farm supporting YouTube, and probably bigger network piping, too.:2cents:

Youtube and Google are "big dogs"...

Cold front is moving through central OK. Made a quick time-lapse video:

That was nice, and I'll bet coooool too.

Yesterday's and some of today's ramblings.
Cooke county still at 1, Grayson still at 17, Montague now at 2
Buppies, nice to sleep in, isn't it
Drew sorry about internet problems
RNG sounds like you have the mixer working well now that your concrete work is almost done. Nice ending to hit and run story.
Buckeye, hate to hear that, prayers for FIL
David watch your phone :)
Drew, nice pics
Randy have fun being asst. gardener, least you got some seat time.
Jay good to hear curbside pickup went well.
Hard to believe 50 years ago...
Don you have to love it, maybe judge will think it through better next time :)
Buckeye sounds like a lot of mowing.
David nice accessory
Ted some of us have experience with a chair. Nice job on pond.
RNG good point about Judge being example, maybe he should get jail and fine
Ron my welding was never art grade, but most of it held !!
Thomas glad it is not a Mrs thing :)
Drew that is one way to get out of house
Ted secrete is using one window to read and another window to type in

The secret is out of the bag. I have a really nice dual monitor setup at work. My 12 year old w/autism is hard on monitors at home. She gets mad at something she sees or hears and hits the monitor.

That was part of the initial plan, but the rear is only about 6 - 8 inches off the ground. It will not get enough tilt to dump much. Second thought is to run the little tractor up the ramp and scoop some up. I will try to do the least amount of work possible!
When the rear hits the ground, just keep goin' up with the front until all the gravel is at the back in a heap. Some'll still be on the trailer deck when you bring it back down, but a lot less than before.

But!!! If you have tail lights hanging down below the trailer deck, that might not be such a good idea. Unless you don't like those lights, or want to move them. DAMHIKT...

ah those cheapy trailer lights need changing out every few years anyway.....but don't ask why I buy the cheapies...^^^^

I'm joining those of you that have strange TBN encounters...I was placed back in 2014, reading about Kyle fixing his broken dryer and sharing info about lint fires. BTW, Kyle, thanks for the link to Ramble On...had not heard in a long time, and made reading TBN a little sweeter.

Walker, real amazing time lapse of that front. Thanks for making it and sharing.

Had our 2nd Walmart online grocery order pick up today...went well and brought out right on time...nice young woman wearing gloves and face mask brought out and helped load our vehicle...but not sure that is their strict policy...saw a young man bring out an order for another customer and was wearing nothing (except his clothes).

They were out of fresh tomatoes and blueberries, and made substitutes on 11 items, all bigger quantity at same price, or if the quantity is smaller, at a reduced price...for instance, I had ordered a 24 pack of Duracell batteries, but they substituted 2 packs of 16 at the same price. The broccoli head, cantaloupe, jalapenos, and bananas were as nice as if my wife or I had picked them. We're missing our Costco runs, but adjusting well to the good service of Walmart.

Ramble on is one of my favorites. Glad the young man had clothes on.

59 going to 79. Pouring for last hours. Gutters cannot keep up. Yikes.
Heard a big boom a few minutes ago. Think a tree might have come down on something. Odd..will...have to venture out when it lightens up.

Have a great day all. Be safe.

Proof that when a tree falls in the forest...it makes a sound.

Good morning! 41˚F clear skies. My 2008 notebook died yesterday and I could only revive it with the original discs and now all the updates I did the last 12 years are not available so time to look for a new apple notebook. I also dropped my wife's iPad and cracked the screen yesterday and now face a 499 repaired or a 699 replacement, argh.

Rick, I could not see your pics.
Ron, pretty duck for a pretty pond, build it and they will come.
Roy, hope your back stops giving you grief.

Supplied Mom for another two weeks and had a zoom Easter get together with brother at her house using the phone as a hot spot.

Good grief. I just bought a new laptop battery, and brought my old Dell E6400 laptop out of the doldrums, and updated it to Win 10....paid $35 for the battery. It is working good for current home schooling at the kitchen table.

I hope it's not Japanese Stiltgrass- just started getting it here and it is overwhelming the edges of where I mow and along the roadsides.
Guys around here are baling it for hay, so I guess it's not all that bad.

Ok, got about 45 minutes of mowing and now raining again. Definitely gonna be too wet to go back out today.
You need to turn off the Rolling Stones and put on the radar... or get a good rain coat :)

$1.23 GAS, wow! No fair. It averages $1.70 here, AND THERE ARE OIL WELLS EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK....Maybe I need to drive closer to the refinery to fill up.

Oh Ron, fair warning. I had 2 Peking ducks that loved their kiddie pool. It got so disgustingly crappy after 2-3 days...from all the duck poo.

I gave them to a friend.

Very nice picture though.

Good evening all. 38F this morning, partly cloudy and windy. Windy all day somewhat less this afternoon, sky cleared through the day, and high temp was 53F. Started fire in insert, puttered this morning, afternoon was bike ride and nap. Winter gear on bike again, temps start to moderate on Wednesday.
Cooke county, no change, Montague County, no change, Grayson county no change.
David nice story on the plumber. If we had 4 in of rain here 1/2 the boats would float off their boat hoists. Are the collection tanks full?
RNG good luck with your project, i try to find guys with referrals from project that use the same skill sets.
Eric, funny bird story.
Drew hope you don't get to much wind damage.
Billy Hope you don't get too much wind either.

Jay looks like a lot of nasty weather on East Coast.
Rick worked like a charm second time trees look better too!
Ted glad you are not sharing your snow, nice pics. Nearest snow is TX panhandle
PJ sorry your back feels abused.
RNG sounds like good progress being made with no steps back so far.
Randy nice Easter plate :)
Ted I understand, back to winter bike clothes today and Wednesday. Snow never cleaned any of my cars, just got then dirtier.
Hawkeye good catch on the water line.
Ken sounds like a productive day.
