Corporate income taxes are merely a political trick that many buy into. Politicians LOVE to cry about "they need to pay their fair share", but it's simply a shell game. And people, being people, love to believe that some corporate somebody is out there that ought to be taxed a whole lot more than themselves....not realizing they've been suckered.
Business doesn't pay tax, it merely passes that on as cost of doing business to real people, who pay ALL taxes, either directly, or in the higher cost of goods/services. ALL costs of business flow downhill to the consumer of the product of that business.....simple as that.
Any profit a business makes ultimately goes to the owners/shareholders, who then pay tax on that income, or gets rolled into research/development of new products, or capital improvements or whatever...business don't somehow magically "get away" with tax evasion as many seem to think.
Follow the money.
