Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

Been working on some old Finish Mowers and I need several wheels. Looking at the 8" solid, 10" solid and 10" Pneumatic as opposed to the more pricey purpose-made ones by Carlisle and others brands. Thoughts?

Can you please post a link to the 8" solid? Sealed bearings or greasable?

I bought mine at Menards and they were less expensive than the HF edition (shop lights).

Who makes them, what lumen are they rated at? And no Menards around here..

I don't know other than they are imported and they are very bright compared to the T8 multi tube fixtures they replaced. Been up for over a year now with no failures. I dd it for electricity consumption and for the convenience of not having to replace tubes all the time. I installed 10 of them in the main shop and another 8 in the front storage area where I keep my motorcycle collection.

Menards does online sales so you might run them up... www.menards.com and have a look.

Has anyone else's HF store been out of stock on these lights? Our store has been out for close to a month now, store manager says they're on backorder at the warehouse.

As far as longevity goes, we'll see...it is HF after all! I've had LED lights (mostly automotive, not shop lights) that failed within a year. I'm sure the LEDs themselves are OK, but the power supplies seem to be the weak link.

the store I go to usually has 4 to 10 on the shelf.Ive seen them out a couple of times when they first came out. price point of $20 is good, around 5k lumens btw.
I've got 6 up waiting on my last 8ft fluorescent to die and I'll put up a few more. I've got 4 - 4ft shop lights, old fluorescent hanging in various places in the shop and I hardly pull their cord as they are so dim by comparison. myst be 1000 lumens per bulb

Thanks Hunt.

It would be great if folks would post the HF link to whatever product they're asking about or reviewing.

Agreed, not that hard to do.
