Yanmar YM135 Puzzle Piece

I am restoring a YM135 and have one part that I can't remember where is goes. I am thinking it goes somewhere around the dash or along the left side. If anyone with a YM135 can take a look at theirs and see if they see this part (I believe it is a clamp) and let me know I would appreciate it. I had everything else in baggies and sorted except for this somehow.

I have looked all through the parts book and our parts tractors and do not see a clamp like that. Is there any chance that it might be a piece from a different project that was just laying in the same area? Or maybe a previous owner added it for some reason? Is it a metric bolt? If it is an SAE bolt that would indicate it was not original to the tractor at least.

Definitely from this tractor project. I didn't see it on any of the parts book either. I am wondering if it is to hold down the main wiring harness somewhere. It's from the first batch of parts I pulled off to split the tractor for the clutch change and battery tray removal. It is a metric bolt as well.
