it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I don't see any WOW, it's a nice antique value, also, the availability of parts will be an issue, unless this is favored by an enthusiast who will make custom made parts for this. there are some much older tractors that have had that done. but they are real antiques..

Parts are readily available on line, on E-Bay, and at the best Ford-NewHolland dealer ever....Messicks!
A Ford 3400 TLB will not mow at all, but like any other TLB, it will sure dig a lot better/faster than a John Deere La-145

Your tlb isn’t anything I’d want but I’ve been in your same situation selling things. You only need ONE buyer who wants/needs/appreciates and is willing to pay your price.

Makes things way easier when you are not in a “have to sell” situation.

Why not give it as REST,you look foolish..Why does it concern you what he asks for his equipment?Do you plan on buying it?If not BUTT OUT of his sale..

Like SO MANY others I am totally envious of your shop.
I am an old guy, so a shop like yours will not be happening to me.
I do have a lot of good STUFF, (just used my bead blast cabinet, with my 175 psi., 2 stage, pressure lubed, 5HP, 80 gal, Quincy compressor, this morning) but I lack your organization.
Needed to clean up a part prior to repainting for the Kubota L48.

So far they have determined that it is worth over $4,900.
Around me and in great shape, I would expect it to go for $6,000 to $7,000 (even being a gas machine).
If it was diesel, I would not be surprised at $10,000 or $12,000.

My point I tried to make in a earlier post.If radios1 does not want to buy it move on.I have no idea what it is worth and could careless,not in the market.Got enough equipment to do what I need to do.

That's how selling old equipment goes. He's only going to get what someone is willing to pay. No big deal.

You're doggin someone for low balling. You just said it's worthless to you.

I'd give $2,500 if it was down the road a quarter mile or so. I'm valueing it wayyy higher than you.

Actually, in hindsight, I'm the only one on this thread that has legitimately offered anything.

All this "oughtta be worth", "nice machine", "wish I had one" is worthless discussion in regards to monetary value. That's why I would never post something for sale on ebay, craigslist, whatever, and then open a thread about it here.

59 of the bids were made by an E-Bay scammer,..... who I have now blocked.
I do not understand the "why" of some here on TBN.

Could be that you thought somebody here would need a decent machine? 2 years ago I would have been bidding. It would have been a good machine to do a lot of the work I need done, then I could have bought something smaller than what I have.
