My tooth bar arrived today, box was intact and everything was in good shape. Took about three weeks from order date. Will be attaching it Sunday. Got my step drill from HF.

Lucky! I ordered mine back on the 4th and they just told me it will be mid next week yet before I see it...I guess I had no clue it would take a month to get it when I ordered. The rains are here starting tonight and will be around for another 7-8 days. Then it will take another week plus to dry out. So, I guess I won稚 be using it how I had planned. At least not this year. I知 curious how they decided who got theirs first. Surely they could imagine that people on the forums might catch on that people who placed there orders later were getting them a week sooner

Mine took about three weeks. The packaging was bad also, but the step bit was also stretch wrapped to the bar. So it arrived in great condition. I'm surprised they just don't put the shipping label right on the bar, and no box.

For my BX 23S, I ordered the BXpanded toothbar in Mid-March. It took a week to manufacture and 4 days for shipping. Subsequently, I ordered the trench bucket, backhoe dolly (this is a must have item if you remove your backhoe) and then forks. It took the same amount of time for those three items. Oh, and months before I had ordered the under armor that took about 2 weeks to get.

On April 1, 2019, I ordered the Quick-On Backhoe Bucket Connector and the Backhoe Thumb. I called them after waiting for 3 weeks. They were in the process of switching some manufacturing equipment and were getting back logged. I asked them to ship the quick connect which was completed and waited another week for the thumb to arrive. Unfortunately, there was a defect on the quick connect and it would not fit. I called them sent them pictures and they said the would make a new one and send it out right away. It's been 5 days with no word on shipping out that item yet.

Also, when you purchase from them they give point which can be redeemed on future purchases for a discount. I used 2 of them for $10 each off. The website will show the discount on the subtotal but the total amount charge will not reflect the discount. Buyer beware.

I noticed the quality of the welds vary with each item. I guess it depends on who is making it and whether it's made on a Monday or a Friday

Overall BXpanded has good quality products.

My guess they are a small company and their success has overwhelmed them. Poor response to email, erratic ship times. Their comments on the phone was oh 82.5" that's a big one, somebody got to make that one, I'll walk over to factory and check, then I got email that mine would ship in two days and it did, and they included some extra long bolts, box was beat up but everything OK.

He must have hired someone who is not as enthusiastic about his business as he is. Stinks when that happens. I absolutely love my EZ on sprayer attachment, under armor, backhoe dolly, hydraulic pressure kit, and my tooth bar.

These are fantastic products and hopefully his help won't stick around that long.

I had excellent back and forth with them last Christmas. Maybe he just has a terrible employee. I see it all the time with mom and pop shops. The labor market is just crazy right now. So hard to find help so many open positions out there employers have so much competition for employees....even for depressed economic areas in which I live in.

So I guess as children they never had to help anybody do any work and were just handed money. I wanted my own money and 16 I got work permit, before that I would do anything that would get me paid, from funerals to Septic tanks. When I did get a job I immediately tried to learn a skill at the job to get more money, work overtime, clean up, anything. I understood if I wasn't valuable I get the ***** jobs and be first fired. Recently tried to get some help around the property offered $15 a hour not single teenager showed up.

Not sure where the blame lies. I really tried to instill a sense of pride of a job well done and a strong work ethic in my children. They all work but not as hard or as long. They all seem to be circling like buzzards, just waiting.

No doubt there is some of that as well. I have been in my present position for 21 years this June. I went from 8 employees when I first started in the business to 82 employees now. I have help with middle managers and what not....but the biggest problem is competition for employees. They can leave a position in my organization and get another job within a day or two. Granted, I have all different types of skill levels....physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, receptions staff, and maintenance. Each level and job title I share here there is a lot of competition for...

but back to BxPanded. My suspicion is he needed some help and it is very hard to find...particularly in an area like Knoxville that is booming and skilled labor can find positions with 401k and health insurance. Those type of wages and benefits are very hard to offer in small mom and pop shop.... just my two cents. Who the heck knows...might just be this one case or he might just be tired of dealign with all of us who are spoiled by Amazon and two day shipping. I ordered some custom floor mats for my plane and it has been right at 3 weeks and is driving me crazy LOL.

I called them around 11:30am Pacific yesterday, and the lady that answered was very nice. I explained about the shipping issue, and she offered to send me the missing drill bit or credit it back to my credit card. Took care of it right then.

Well, i ordered exactly 15 days ago, so i need to give them some time. Just anxious to get my ptb.
It would be nice to get a reply back to an email(or 2) that I've sent, but any time they're answering emails is time spent away from making my stuff.
Someone mentioned being spoiled by Amazon's 2 day shipping.
Ain't THAT the truth. I'll give them a couple more weeks till i start getting pissed.

I ordered a PTB 3 weeks ago. I have called twice and talked to someone both times. The lady two weeks ago said it would ship last week. The guy today said it would ship next Monday. ????? I hope it shows up next week.:mur:
