Am I weird... (probably) peanut butter

I love peanut butter, especially on celery sticks.

Recently I notice I detest the odor of the peanut butter as I clean the utensil.

Anyone else ever notice that?

Maybe it is the brand. To be honest- my wife does the dishes. Sometimes I'll wipe it clean before it goes into the sink- easier to clean up then. Maybe it is the brand of soap.

Peanut butter is also good on iceberg lettuce!

Bleck. Romaine is much better than watery Iceberg.

Peanut butter alone, Reeses cups, peanut butter pie and Peanut Butter on Celery is the only way I have ever eaten it, maybe I need to open my horizons.....

My brother and I used to mix peanut butter and honey (or syrup, which we most likely had) and Welch's Grape Jelly...if we had it. Made a big production out of it, and of course Mom ended up cleaning up our mess. The mixing process was, of course, proprietary.

Putting it on vegetables just sounds wrong.

When I was a kid my father once made a PB & tunafish sandwich. It sounds gross, but wasn't that bad. Never did it a second time though...

Peanut butter and raisin sandwich - quick to make, mashed down for a lunch on the run. Only now that I'm old as dirt, I do have to have water nearby anytime I eat peanut butter because it gets stuck in my increasingly dry throat.

Have you tried a PB, raisin and banna sandwich? That's pretty good.

As I read this I am munching on an Austin cheese cracker with peanut butter. I have a pack of these almost every morning with my coffee.
