Yes a Hypertherm 85. Most of it is on the tight corners/fine detail.

Gotcha. Yeah without hole optimization dross is going to be a problem. Air cooled compounds it too. ( my interest is from being a long time Plasma / Robot Automation guy )

It works on the surface and nozzle.
I always clean anything I cut/weld with mineral spirits before I paint it anyway.

I went even cheaper than that. I got a bottle of Kroger's version of Pam, and it works just fine. Not a trace of splatter on the work.

"PAM", is just canola oil, so any sprays that are canola oil (or the like) will probably do the job....

I like the Bio Circle product on the left which I get from my LWS. It’s nice that it is NON aerosol and at the time it was the same price as a can of PAM from Costco.

The real upside is I can avoid the temptation of a cheap hot dog. after my purchase.
