Those videos are difficult to watch. While I'm sure there are some issues with the tractor, most could be fixed in a few minutes by the owner. What I can't understand is why he's operating the tractor so often with the fuel gauge on Empty, and doing chores, lifting and hauling, while running the engine at 800 RPM.

Basically, you get what you pay for. Cheaper lines of tractors are cheaper because they cut corners. They use things like a zip tied tight bend hose instead of a pipe or proper 90 degree fittings. Lower link shafts that spin instead of fixed ones with proper ball joints on the arms and so on. More plastic than steel. Buying on price point alone means that you may have to make sacrifices that aren't readily apparent. That is not to say that paying top dollar is going to get you the best machine, it is just to say that you need to compare carefully between tractors to make sure you are getting the exact same build quality in a lower priced or more expensive machine.

If you listened to him he tells you why. Sometimes the tractor won't raise rpm's. He kept it near empty for some of the video because he got it back from the dealer that way and It started acting up again right away and he knew he had to send it back. He said he was sick of sending the tractor to the dealer on full and getting it back on empty. That XR3135 of his is a lemon, they need to replace it.

You may be correct, I don't know. The dealer sure replaced a lot of parts and the tractor is still acting up, I wonder if the fix is above most dealers capability? I had a brand new car one time that was a lemon, it was in the shop so much in the first 6 months. I cannot blame the dealer because GM admitted they had problems.

I'd be wanting to see some correspondence with LS to prove that they were actually communicating the warranty repairs and what action was really taken that LS is aware of. That's the only way he's going to get a replacement or satisfaction.

Ok, maybe you know of this dealer. Since I don't have a clue about the dealer I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are not committing fraud.
