Char broil makes an infrared turkey cooker called the Big Easy. No oil. It does a good job, we used one at work a few yrs ago.

Ahh nice lunch and a 5 mile dam hike. We may have to make this a tradition. Hiking temp 59-63! Oh, lake is full, they are still releasing water.

Lots to be thankful this year. Our very gracious neighbor brought us a complete Thanksgiving Dinner. Another neighbor brought a pecan pie. We are stuffed. Still have a full chicken and other fixens in fridge.
Had a daylight visit from a deer enjoying bird feeder dropping’s.
