Don't forget to order the $2.80 each hood stickers from the B2650 so you can put one in your truck window and on any implements that you paint orange! IMG_20180203_132016950.jpg1517685228147.jpg1517685128296.jpg

Gonna order them next time I’m there. Need one for the snow plow. I’ll also put one on my rear concrete weight

Looking good Dan. Getting close!!!

Hey Dan. Thinking about tool boxes after looking at your pics of your new tractor reminded me about another mod I did. You will find that the tool box behind the seat is a good location, but can only put a pair of gloves and a screwdriver in it because it is so small. I took cross member that the toolbox is mounted to, and cut the smv sign bracket off. I then welded a piece in to move it farther left and back to be able to mount a bigger toolbox. I found one at Napa that was the right size and could put everything in that I need for about $15.00. Now when hooking up implements, I can reach in the tool box and get pins or tools or what ever I need. It also has to compartments on top to that I put pin clips in for easy access. It is one of the best things I did. The other one, as I posted before was the one I fabbed up for holding chains and shackles and heavier stuff. It is made out of 1/8" steel and very solid for holding heavier Items. There definitely is no place on the tractor to store chains and things. The location is handy to get to grab chains for moving things with the loader. I actually have another one cut out that I need to weld up that I am going to put on the other side of the tractor for more storage. Can never have too much storage. Just giving you some ideas of things that have worked out really well for me in alot of different situations. The other things I added that I highly recommend is the extendable 3 pt arms if you dont have a quick hitch which I didnt want for what I do. Alot of days I switch implements multiple times, and it makes it 10 times easier.

Rkidd,
I actually did opt for the extendable 3 pt arms and the ratcheting lift link. The guy setting up the tractor didn’t realize that because they were shipped separately and he installed the original ones. The correct ones are on there now. I will do something similar to you with the tool box! You posted pictures of your chain box on your other thread and I really like that idea. How is it attached to the loader frame?

Make sure that you get your (paid for with the tractor) 3 point parts that they replaced with the upgraded ones.

I already made sure of that. There in a box ready to
Go. Going to see if they will fit on my buddies John deere

There are 2 existing holes in the loader frame from the factory, which were perfect for mounting the toolbox. I made a jig out of 3/4" plywood to line up grade 8- 3/8" bolts and welded them to my tool box. Then you can slide the bolts welded to the toolbox right thru the holes, install washers and nuts. The second pic will show them on a pair of toolboxes, left and right, I made for a customer who wanted a toolbox for both sides of his cabbed B2650.

Hey B2650 owners,

I,ve got a couple questions in checking out my new tractor.

1. What's the "T"handle for seen at the back of the seat? I've looked in the OE manual and see no reference to it, and don't want to start
turning it just to see what it does. 004.JPG003.JPG

2. Are there some missing bolts in my loader frame?001.JPG002.JPG

3. Do any of you have the MMM? I can't figure out the hardware seen that is suppose to hold the MMM (arms) in the up position. There is only one side (left) that shows a connection using the ""rue ring cotter pin" (I removed it) pg 28 in the OE MMM manual.005.JPG 002.JPG

Cheers To All,
Mike

The T handle is the screw to set your seat suspension. You want to be sitting up in the spring, not bottomed out.

Mine has a bolt in that hole....

The t handle is to tighten or loosen the spring pre load on the seat. For us heavier guys it needs to be turned some to increase the tension.

You got some down pressure there Larry!

Do you have your front tires filled also?

No on the front tires. On my BX I had all 4 filled. But in this one we just did the rear. I'm actually pushing snow with the loader valve pushed forward into float mode. The weight of the snow forces the loader arms to try and find back under the machine so it pivots the tractor up into the air like that. You can control the lift by curling the bucket angle up, but then you don't scrape clean on the blacktop.

I was maybe gonna fill my fronts. But with a 14” rim you pry can’t get much in there anyway.

Be careful doing that -- you could easily trash the cylinders if you even briefly bump an immovable object or catch the bucket lip on something. The lift cylinders are up against their stops and the curl cylinders are ripe for being bent or cracked. In general you need to be careful pushing with the front loader, as hydraulic relief won't protect the loader arms and cylinders if you hit something, but this is an especially vulnerable situation.

Hey Mike. What is your question on the mmm hardware. In your second pic it is hooked up properly to hold the mmm arm up. There should be one on each side to hold the arms up. When not in use rotate the bracket back around and slide it over the pin and put the clip back in. I have this setup and can help if I knew exactly what your question is. Let me know.

Just trying to be helpful here. s219 is exactly right. Alot of undue stress on the loader and cylinders and you will have your cutting edge on your bucket wore off in no time rolled over that far.
