That’s ridiculous, I know I already sound like a broken record on the other thread but how can my bx2370 come with a 40amp alternator and this 50 series b doesn’t. Makes no sense at all.

That 90 amp on looks like a upgrade for someone with a cab tractor that the stock one doesn’t keep up. I would think they would still offer a 40 amp one cheaper. The people have installed the kit that RKIDD posted in the other thread on a B2650 and it worked. So I am going to look into that one too. I know a 40 amp would be more than enough for me. I had 6 halogen lights, a strobe, and a blower motor for a heater on my 455 and the 40 amp had no problems.

Sweet! Hey, you can get the bracket for a second toolbox and install it as if you had the backhoe, then you would have twice the room for tools and clips. I'm ordering a second one and putting a second in the right side of the ROPS.

Looking good Dan. It is really good stuff to get a brand new tractor. I remember it well. Especially one new in the crate that hasnt spent time sitting outside on the lot for months on end. Looking at your pics, and the one showing the exhaust reminded me of another mod I did. The factory exhaust blows onto the back of the loader bucket., leaving black soot on the back of the bucket. I had a length of exhaust pipe bent at a 45 degree angle and routed the exhaust out the side between the front tire and the loader arm to eliminate the problem.

I had the tool box on my bx mounted the same as yours. I should have took it off and kept it. It was a dealer that bought mine so they wouldn’t even have cared. To late now...

Yes, I'm going to get pipe made like that as well. I've got 11 hours on my new machine now and the hydraulic lines on the left lower corner of the loader frame are coated completely in black soot.

Productive day today for the Kubota. I squared away the coil springs for the seat, I finished the LED lights, and I made front frame mounted chain hooks for use as a trailer tie down point.

I have 4 more hooks to weld onto it, that will be a total of 8 3/8" chain hooks and 2 large D-Rings.

Hey Dan. I got the pipe from a local auto parts that had a bender. Muffler shop would sure work. The piece of pipe was like $5.00. I cant remember the exact size that I got, or if they had to swedge the end out to fit over the existsing pipe. Been a couple years. I went out to my shop and measured the ID of the piece I cut off of the new pipe, and it was 1 3/8" I might have cut a short piece off of the tractor and took with me to make sure the new piece fit over the old . I just drilled a hole thru the pipes and used a sheet metal screw in the bottom of the pipe out of site to hold them together for a nice clean look.

The front left corner of my loader is completely black at 11 hours. I initially thought that I had a small hydraulic oil leak at the fittings there, then I realized that I'm seeing the exhaust soot collecting there and making a mess of that area.

Running the exhaust like I did will take care of the problem. Been a couple years and hundreds of hrs, and has worked out great.

Stopped at the dealer today. Tractor is ready to go! Except we are waiting on the larger tires/rims to show up. I hope there here tomorrow or Thursday. Dealer said if there not here soon he will let me take it with the ones that are on it and swap them out when they come in.

Hey, your toolbox is missing from the left side ROPS... Or.. if your not getting the hoe, maybe it's mounted behind your seat?

Do is all a favor, stand directly beside it, phone turned sideways and take a couple pictures from the side as it is now, then try to recreate that same shot after the new tires. Then you can post them back to back so people can see what your getting when you do that upgrade.

Dude it almost killed me. And my wife almost threw me out of the house. I was absolutely losing my crap while waiting for my tractor. Especially whenever I knew that they had started on it and it had 7 to 10 days to wait for them to finish it. I was going completely crazy.

The wait was a killer for me also. They kept adding a day for an extra week. Finally I called and said let’s go I want my tractor. Lol.
