Good evening all. 72F this morning, still wind, and brief overcast. Sky cleared off, wind became moderate from south, and clear sky. Bike rid this morning, lunch nap then out to dinner
Glad you found the paint. :cool2: But 18 cans. Your Kubota better go in hiding. In my home garage I had a sheet over one area, and I had to get in there for something.
Well, ta da....there it was, after all the time hunting around for it.
A plastic container with 18, I repeat 18 cans of oem Gravely red paint.
I used to make a lot of trips to the local Gravely dealer that had a huge boneyard out back.
My wife was sick and I needed time out of the house; what better to look at old machinery and wonder
if I could "bring it back". Each visit I would pick up two or three cans of rattle paint and I stored them away
for this mower project, which never got off the ground until now. And then I moved and the paint disappeared.
It was like finding caviar and champagne. What a grin I had on my face for half an hour. Yeah!
and all the cans rattled just fine. Unfortunately fairly thin paint, at least it doesn't clog easily.

You would think driver would be smarter than the wildlife.

Two deer playing in back yard late yesterday afternoon interesting to watch. Lots of acorns for them to eat but mast on the small side. Leaves are beginning to fall more numerous now but not very colorful. Interesting to see the restocking of elk to far SW Va is so far successful a Very beautiful animal that has been long gone from these parts
