I was able to find these totes for $25 ea and picked up four, they hold about a face cord each.

Does the TYM loader not have pins that hold the "feet/legs" for storage? It looks like a bungee is holding it up.

Hi ,
I have a Ford 1520 and also use it haul firewood alone. I have a 60" Titan carry all on the back and FEL. I built wooden sides for the carry all about 24 high. I don't recal the depth of carry all and I do not see the version that I have on their web site (but I can stack 2 rows easily) . Mine has a metal bottom but I imagine your 1920 could use the 72" wide carry all that they offer. That should hold a good bit more than your front bucket. At least that is my experience.

I have thought of using those. Like you, I see them around here for cheap.

How long have you had them, and how well are they holding up? I think filling those up and stacking them 2 or 3 high would be a great way to store firewood.

I'll say! How do you secure the plywood FEL extension? I was thinking about doing something similar, but using some sort of cable/rope to my bucket hooks. I'd like to keep it as simple as possible.

That's a screamin deal for 25 bucks.
I can get them for FREE, but they are too small and a rather poor design, for me... I did see them at a garden center in the city for $25.00 ea....

So today I had a similar situation to the OP. I friend had a leaner in his woods he wanted me to help get down. He's 2 miles away. I drove the tractor over, got the leaner down and took as much would with me as I could. I have SSQA at both ends but only one set of forks. So I put my snow bucked on the 3pt.

Interesting side note - I over loaded the 3 point and it could not lift. I dropped the bucket and turned around and could curl and lift the load 5 feet high with the FEL. So my FEL is stronger than my 3point - which seems contrary to common knowledge on this forum but is what I expected based on the specs and my own calculations. Some tractors can lift more out front.
