How many GPM does thw hydraulic pump put out on the 3110D?

I'm looking to add remotes & so I need to know which control valves to buy.

Hoye sells this pump for your tractor without power steering. Do you have power steering? I believe it is rated at 9cc. HYDRAULIC PUMP: Yanmar Tractor Parts I believe that translates to 5.7gpm at 2400rpm. Not sure whether your original pump puts out that much or not . I suspect it has a tag on it showing the cc's. Might take a look.

If I were to add more remotes & control valves, do the control valves have to be rated for 5.4 GPM?

Or, can I use a valve that is rated for higher GPM?

You can use one rated for higher. (8GPM I believe)I added a grapple valve. it works just fine. I think it's just saying it won't handle anymore than 8 GPM

Thanks kenmac!

Would you happen to have some pics & info on how you added the grapple?

If you click on Kenmac's name and then on his threads you can likely find them.

If I figured it out, anyone can. What loader do you have ? Does the loader valve have a PB port. You would have to be able to get a PB sleeve for the loader valve.

My loader is made by some unknown company, Apple Implement Mfg. I can attach pics if needed.

Yes, my valve has a PB port that is currently plugged.

You will need to know the valve manufacture in order to get a PB sleeve. We have seen several loader brands here, I don't recall ever seeing one labeled as Apple. If they have a ph # they may be able to help with a PB sleeve

A Google search for the brand name revealed absolutely 0 hits. Weird.

I'll try to get the valve manufacturer this weekend.

Just curious, you never responded whether you have power steering. Also curious, does the 3110 have a kill cable or do you just close the throttle? Hopefully the loader valve will have a tag on it.

No power steering. No kill cable. Simply close the throttle to kill it.

I was doing a similar thing last weekend moving old power pole cuts and tree's to the burn pile. The rear end was bobbing up and down it was that heavy and I found it very difficult to steer. I'd probably break something if I had PS on mine. One of these days I will have to get me a tractor more sized to what I do or i'm going to break this poor 1500 in half (which I am surprised hasn't happened yet!)

The rears are full of water, and there is a weighted box blade on the rear to keep it down :D
