How much wind can a structure like this stand?

I could not find a Wind # in the literature, I'm sure that Reeds would be able to answer that based on location and structure.
Maybe some will remember the carport that served as a temporary shed for the tractors, it has stood up to several wind events and is nothing compared to this structure.

That happened in a hurry! You didn't waste anytime. Noticed you said something about pea gravel. If you are talking about the floor, you don't want pea gravel since it won't compact. You want something with a variable mix of sizes like 3/8 to 3/4. Just mentioning it because I've messed with pea gravel before and never want to see any of it again. It's the rock version of quicksand when you drive over it.

I put down 100 yds of 'road base'- mixture of sand, clay and large washed gravel, some up to 1" and rolled it in lifts. Crushed stone cost as much as ready mix here. Nearest pit is 100 miles.

Washed gravel is abundant .and reasonably priced, The 'pea' gravel I top dressed with is 1/2"+ and works great if a good base is under it.
It will disappear if put on bare dirt after a few good rains
