200cx loader slow lift

Everything else works fine, bucket roll and lift down...but goes very slow when I try to lift it up....any thoughts?

Try unplugging, cleaning, then reconnecting the 4 hydraulic quick-disconnects (QD's), this fixes 90% of all "my loader won't xxx" problems. The other 10% are bad QD's.

Do you have a lock lever just below your seat that might have shifted over?

A buddy has the same tractor that I have used a few times. The loader in it is slow. The tractor only produces 2.9 GPM. It just isn't going to be very fast.

Not sure how you know the tractor the FEL is on, as it wasn't mentioned. Or where the 2.9 GPM came from?

His profile says a JD 2305. 2.9 GPM is a published spec.

Even still, he is complaining about only ONE function being slow, not everything.

JD should have published the time required to lift to fill height at a given rpm. Should be pretty easy to check if it works correctly.
