27 this morning high of 46 later with rain changing to snow showers and this is the high for the week only 20s and 30s brrrr.....

38F and mostly cloudy @ 05:00 ... mebbe some snow around 08:00, then cloudy til around noon when the snow starts back up. Temps heading down to 29F for the overnight, part of the slide into frigid weather for the rest of the week.

Cleaned the laser lens in the DVD-R and blew the dust out in The Woman's desktop yesterday and got it functioning again. Have to do same to the one in mine today, along with installing a fresh OS on a clean drive. Need to see if I can recover files off of a drive whose file system got pooched.

Also got the lower shelf for the second 55g stand cut and stained as well, along with cutting the styro that will go underneath the 20L tank.

Woman keeps threatening to cut my hair ... so that will probably be on the menu for the day as well.

I was impressed how Lady Gaga nailed the national anthem before the game with no gimmicks.

Made good progress clearing a new path through the woods with my loppers and chain saw yesterday afternoon...will complete a second loop when done...only having to cut down about 5 trees over 6" on the stump, all yellow poplars and sweet gum, which are fairly common, so not too sad about cutting them. I have had to cut several small hollies, which I like to leave for the wildlife.

Take son to doctor today. Then see what else I can do before it gets to wet and cold.

Only seen last 5 minutes of the game yesterday. But enough to realize I'd have a hard time being a Carolina Panthers fan. My 2 year old doesn't throw that big of a fit.

Good Morning! 63F @ 5:15AM. Sunny. High around 75F. Winds NNW at 5 to 10 mph.

Winter may be coming back in the east, but there's no sign of it out here. Beautiful weather over the weekend, at least if you like sunshine and warm temps.

Nice ride down to camp along Sacramento River and into the delta. Camped next to river as well, most others brought their old air cooled VW buses. Home in time Sunday to do some housekeeping and take a nap. More of same on the agenda for today.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 59° with clear skies. Heading to 82° with plenty of sunshine. Not much planned today. Little bit of withdrawal after yesterdays Super Bowl. Had a good time along with best team winning.
Been a little over 2 months since I had tractor seat time. Local antique tractor show is over a month away. :thumbsup: Maybe I should make a visit to local KUBOTA dealer. Less than 1 weeks until first NASCAR Sprint Car race. Maybe things are not too bad with 80° temperatures and no more football for a few months.

but after they kept punting back and forth to each endlessly, I lost interest.
Everyone at the party went home after the first half.

I'm sure if someone acted out it will be in all the videos today.

I have little ice flows on the lakes in my lawn...but quickly melting as the temps are going to low 50's today. Squish squish

What you missed I guess was Cam Newton over the season saying he was best QB to exist, that the media didn't know how to cover the best QB that's ever been, inferring on pregame because he's black! That all the other QB's have been surpassed by him, that the old guard (white guys) have been eclipsed by the new young black generation of QB's who play a whole game, lead by him, the best... and deal with it.... What a arrogant a**. HS.

We use to camp on the north fork of The Stanislaus, on the Truckee and American River, many moons ago.
30's going to 40's then getting cold.
