Looking at woods tc74 or land pride rta1274 or possibly rta1574 looking at specs all I can tell is the woods is heavier can get for about same price on first 2 haven't priced the 15 anyone familiar with specs I will try and post pic which way would you go or they built about same except weight ? Thanks

By the way, the King Kutter tiller is worth looking at too. I've been happy with my six footer.

A couple of years ago I was looking at tillers and found that all are very good. Sure you can have problems with any one tiller regardless of manufacturer. After what seemed like months of research and talking to my tractor dealer who was big on Woods products mostly because of dealership agreements I decided to throw caution to the wind. I didn't have the 3200 for the Woods or 3000 for a Deere at another dealership in my budget. I drove three hours away from home after finding on the WWW a King Kutter 72" tiller to put in my barn. The Kutter was a bit below my budget and met my requirements that it be gear drive and replacement blades easily available should they be needed as there is a bit of rock in my ground. So if the rock was to damage blades on one it most likely would even on the more expensive tillers. So I got to keep 1250 in my pocket and for two seasons my 1/4 acre garden is much easier to work.

Sure does look like a KING KUTTER, and several others with gear drive. Guessing they're all made same place, different place.
I've had a KK48 on CK20 since 2005. I've put rocks, bricks, concrete blocks, even a chunk of RR tie (stalled on that one), piece of pipe, baling twine, baling wire, electric cable. Slipped the clutch, stalled the tractor and no damage to either machine. Took side plate off a few years ago to look at gears, not even a nick.
One thing you definitely want to do every two years or more often if you run a lot, is drain and flush both gear boxes as they will get quite a bit of condensate moisture in them when stored out doors even covered up.

Think the Titan is just now coming out with the tiller they are some guys that split from another attachment place and started their own in Decatur Tennessee that's what I am hearing

Looks like you can currently buy a 72" King Kutter tiller, including delivery to your residence (no tax either), for $2070 from Blaine's Farm and Fleet in Wisconsin. That is a very good price for a quality tiller, including delivery. Weight of the 72" King Kutter is 750 lbs. I have bought from Blaine's before, and they are truly a first class company to deal with.
Agri Supply has a 72" gear driven "tillovator" for $1495 plus shipping. I know nothing about the quality. I do not know the weight, but I suspect it must be lighter than the King Kutter. My experience with other items purchased from Agri Supply has been excellent.
I have a 60" King Kutter, and I like it. (the paint job is poor)
I like Titan stuff also, and their prices are always great, but they do not have a tiller yet.

Is one of them an importer of Chinese implements?? I vaguely recall a recent discussion about Chinese grapples and the name Titan sticks in my head.

There was a thread about whether the Titan (Memphis) grapples were made here or imported. At the same time that thread was active, a rep from Titan was posting in another thread but never jumped in to give a definite answer on the country of origin. I got the feeling they are imported.

I did find a dealer selling the 72" Titan tiller for $1700 plus shipping.
It is hard to tell, but from the Titan pictures it looks like it might not be quite as ruggedly built as my King Kutter.
